To access premium features, you must create an account and purchase a subscription (Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly).

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to the Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle.

You agree not to misuse the DeepScreen platform. You shall not:

• Scrape, extract, or automatically mine data from our website without written permission.
• Resell, reproduce, or distribute our proprietary screening frameworks or forensic badges as your own.
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of our servers or networks.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepScreen and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or from any investment losses incurred by users relying on our data.
